The new Mazak-turning centers were taken into operation in the NIEMANN-factory in Melle-Neuenkirchen.

The modern machines have high performances for demanding machining tasks. By using the Mazak QUICK TURN 200MY our specific production requirements – turning machine with milling capability and y-axis - will be fulfilled. The machine is construed for the multi-function machining of large workpieces.

With the new Mazak INTEGREX J-300 is the first step to multi-tasking easier. This multi-function turning centre is equipped with an automatic tool changer (36-fold), y-axis and automatic swivel head for complete machining like turning, milling, drilling and threading of the parts.

The latest Touch-PC-control “Mazak Smooth” will provide an even more precise manufacturing and a higher user-friendliness with immediate effect.
