On the 100th anniversary
In memory to our company founder
On April 15, Gerhard Niemann would have celebrated his 100th birthday. As the founder and a defining figure of the company, he laid the foundation for what characterizes NIEMANN today. Over many years, he built up the business.
Following a fire at a paint factory owned by a fellow entrepreneur, Gerhard Niemann developed a small paint mixer out of a spirit of helpfulness—the first dissolver. This marked the beginning of the company’s history.
In 1998, Frank Niemann followed in his father’s footsteps and has continued to lead the company in his spirit ever since.
We remember Gerhard Niemann with gratitude for his life’s work, which continues to shape the history of our company to this day.
