New machine series KCM - KREIS-CONTINUOUS-MILL®

This year we presented our newly developed KREIS-CONTINUOUS-MILL® type KCM for the first time at the ACHEMA in Frankfurt. With over 3.700 exhibitors from more than 50 countries, ACHEMA is one of the world's largest trade fairs for the process industry.

Many well-known customers as well as new interested parties from many countries showed great interest in the newly developed high performance agitator bead mill. The continuous bead mill was designed in a new shape with a bottom-up flow. The machine is suitable for fine grinding in continuous operation down to the nano range of low to medium viscosity liquids in the paint and coatings, chemical, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. We are already planning an extension of the type series by three additional models. The existing models are already being tested by customers.

Together with KCM, we were able to present a new operating panel. Adapted to the requirements of our customers, the operating panel NIEMANN KD-TOUCH 16 was developed, which convinces as an interface between man and machine. The powerful touch panel not only improves the operability of the machine, but also convinces with design and technology. The high-resolution visualization and the user-friendly display make it easy to operate.
