Major Order from USA - USD 9.5 Million

Aerospace Coatings + Sealants

As a leading machinery manufacturer for the paints, coatings, and chemical industries, we have recently received another significant order from a major US chemical company (name confidential) with a total volume of USD 9.5 million for the delivery of 15 KREIS-DISSOLVER®-BUTTERFLY units. These machines will soon be used to produce aerospace coatings and sealants, i.e., paints and sealants exclusively for the aviation industry. This order ranks among the largest in the company’s more than 60-year history.

In advance, extensive trials were conducted at our in-house technical center in Melle. This allowed the customer’s specific requirements to be tested and validated under real production conditions. The successful completion of these tests laid the foundation for the now commissioned international collaboration. The production processes and equipment used for such aerospace products are certified by Airbus and Boeing.

In September 2025, our CEO Frank Niemann and Sales & Project Manager Christian Diddens traveled to the USA to negotiate the order and technical details. Since 2018, we have been represented in the US by our subsidiary WILHELM NIEMANN USA INC., which strengthens our presence in the American market and supports the expansion of our global business.

After the US company fully recognized the advantages of our machines through deliveries to a plant in England, this major order was now placed. The 15 machines will be deployed in plants in France, England, and two plants in the USA. Delivery of the machines is scheduled for summer.

Our customer has been one of the world’s leading suppliers of paints, coatings, and specialty materials for decades, specializing in innovative technologies and products for the aerospace industry. Among their clients are Boeing and Airbus, two of the largest aircraft manufacturers worldwide. With our machines, we enable the production of materials that meet the highest aerospace standards.

The order demonstrates that German SMEs deliver world-class technology and quality. Even though competition from low-cost providers is noticeable, discerning customers continue to prioritize quality, reliability, and sustainable investment security.

We are very pleased with the trust placed in us by our US customer and the opportunity to deploy our machines in such a technologically demanding environment. The order confirms our position as a global supplier of high-quality dispersing and milling technology and demonstrates that German engineering expertise is in demand worldwide.
