Quality management
DIN EN ISO 9001
The satisfaction of our customers is our prime company’s and quality objective. Our products have internationally an excellent reputation due to our innovative, customer-specific solutions and highest quality demands. Our quality management system is organized according to the DIN EN ISO 9001: 2008 and has been certified by the TÜV NORD CERT Hanover. Thus it is a firm part of our company’s philosophy to secure, to document and to improve existing quality standards for our products and services in order to be able to cope with all demands of our customers. This quality aim is valid for the fundamental application technology advice, carrying out of trials in our technical laboratory, planning and construction of machines and installations as well as for the complete manufacturing process. The qualification, reliability and involvement of every employee are conditions for the realization of our high quality aims. We endeavour to continuously improve our high quality by intensive further training and internal audits.
Directive 94/9/EG (ATEX)
Within the context of the new EU-directive 94/9/EC (ATEX) every component, which is used in gas or dust explosive areas, has to correspond to the demands of the directive since July 1, 2003, independent if this is an electrical or mechanical component. We are offering our machines and installations for the most different fields of application in hazardous areas, have implemented all inspections and approvals necessary for this and can present corresponding certificates and design examinations.
All KREIS-DISSOLVER®s and KREIS-BASKET-MILL®s are manufactured in accordance with the new ATEX directive (94/9/EC).
The ATEX directive (94/9/EC) distinguishes the place of installation in categories / zone:
- zone II (category 3)
- zone I (category 2)
- zone 0 (category 1)
Our QA system has also been approved by the German PTB (EC directive 94/9/EC annex IV). We are thus authorised to manufacture our machines in series even for the zone 0 (category 1) in the container interior.
