After difficult negotiations NIEMANN succeeded again in standing up to the international competition and in receiving a further large order for 25 KREIS-DISSOLVERs from South-East Asia for the enlargement of a paint and varnish factory. This concerns the so far largest order in the history of the company. The NIEMANN engineers succeeded in also convincing this customer of the special technology in conjunction with process technological consultation. The delivery of these machines is planned for the early summer 2010. This order as well as several orders in the past months already now ensure an occupation of the production in Melle / Germany until mid 2010.

NIEMANN also exhibited in 2009 its products successfully on the largest Asian exhibition in the field of paints and coatings, the CHINA COAT 2009 in Shanghai. On the exhibition stand of our representation, the company Hoslink Chemicals Ltd., Shanghai, a KREIS-BASKET-MILL®, type KBM 180-20 FU has been presented again to the Chinese and Asian visitors. We could realize that exceptional many potential customers from non-Asian areas informed themselves now also on this exhibition. Despite the high number of Chinese companies, which tried to copy the KREIS-DISSOLVER® and KREIS-BASKET-MILL®, we succeeded in persuading the professional visitors of the KREIS-DISSOLVER^® and KREIS-BASKET-MILL^® due to the convincing technique, the comprehensive consulting, the individual solutions and the high quality demands.

KREIS-DISSOLVER ® for the biggest paint and varnish factory of the world.
For the world´s biggest coating plant WILHELM NIEMANN was allowed to deliver 6 KREIS-DISSOLVER^® with 315 kW driving power each and a useable volume of the container of 15,000 litres with a daily capacity of 2,000 tons. The project is close to the commissioning.

Again, NIEMANN exhibited their whole production programme at the important exhibition ACHEMA in Frankfurt. Apart from some new developments NIEMANN exhibited some KREIS-DISSOLVER®s and KREIS-BASKET-MILL®s both for the labotory field as well as for the production. During the exhibition days the visitor frequency was not as high as in the past years - probably due to the economic situation. The interest in the NIEMANN products was satisfying.

The new MAZAK lathe centre VTC-800 30SR was started up in the NIEMANN factory Melle on May 15, 2009. Enormous processing speeds, a tool stock with 40 high performance tools and skilled NIEMANN-CNC-programmers even enable complex 5-sided processing.
Hereby the NIEMANN production capacities of the CNC cutting department have been increased again and adapted to the growing requirements of flexibility and precision.
